Permit Delays Resolved Amended Ministerial Order

April 17, 2020

Municipal Affairs signed a Ministerial Order (No. 022/20) on March 25, 2020. The Order extended the timelines for appeal periods, subdivision approvals, public hearings and several other matters to October 1, 2020.
