Building Assessment Reports

BILD Alberta successfully advocated to remove the requirement for Building Assessment Reports on all new condo projects. This change took effect on July 1, 2021. Service Alberta introduced a Converted Property Study as an alternative study / report for condominium conversion projects only. For more information regarding a Converted Property Study click here.
