LABOUR RESOURCES

Shortages in skilled trades have been an issue for members for years. With an estimated 20% of skilled labour retiring by 2030, it further amplifies the need to develop our future skill labour pool.

One of the initiatives launched to address this growing concern was the BILD Alberta Scholarship for Construction Careers. An initiative that will help support hundreds of students at NAIT & SAIT on their education journey.

In addition, BILD Alberta has been meeting with various program providers across the province who are looking to connect members with an untapped pool new workers. Below is a list of program providers and the service they offer. Click on their icon and start connecting today!
