Prompt Payment Regulation

BILD Alberta continues to engage with Service Alberta as a key stakeholder during the drafting of Regulation to support Prompt Payment legislation. As a part of the advocacy work, BILD Alberta is looking for a balanced solution that supports the intent of the legislation while reducing administrative burden on industry.

The Regulation is expected this Fall and staff will begin developing resources to help members better understand how Prompt Payment will impact their businesses.
