Ontario Closes Construction Sites

Earlier today, the Government of Ontario announced a revised list of essential businesses. The restrictions are aimed at further reducing contact between people and stopping the spread of COVID-19. The updated restrictions included the stoppage of NEW construction starts.At the present time, we are not aware of the Government of Alberta pursuing similar restrictions but we continue to monitor it closely. Changes could occur at any time. BILD Alberta is in daily contact with senior government officials as we move through this crisis. Members will be updated as soon as any new information is available.
