Chris’ wealth of experience in the land development and housing industry includes executive leadership and management, land acquisition and investment, project financing, investor relations and housing operations. As President of Section23 Developments and Baywest Homes, Chris leads the development and implementation of their strategic plans, guiding the company’s housing, land development, project acquisitions and real estate investments, and leading a dynamic, performance-driven team of experts. Chris is a vocal housing industry advocate engaging with municipal and provincial governments through his service on numerous committees and boards including his past roles as Chairman of the Urban Development Institute (UDI Calgary), Director CHBA – Calgary Region and Director BILD Alberta.
